Who is behind Fanátiko?

That's me, Manu, born and raised in Madrid capital, father of 3 little ones during the day and Fanátiko at night 😂. Fan of many things, but above all a fan of Marvel.

and I will tell you how Fanátiko was born.

My childhood

It was marked by the Spider-Man, Dragon Ball and Captain Tsubasa (who I knew as Oliver and Benji) series.
And... you know those movies you watch on loop when you're little? Mine were Aladdin and The Lion King.
Later, Home Alone and Jurassic Park became my favorites.
I could keep talking about movies and series, but this would go on to infinity and beyond 🚀.

If we talk about video games, I freaked out when the Nintendo 64 came out with Zelda: Ocarina of Time
and Super Mario 64...

Adolescence

What a great time!

I remember when Lost was released, what a way to get hooked on a series, I think it marked a before and after on television.

At that time I was also very into video games, the ones I got addicted to the most were Pro Evolution Soccer and Call of Duty,
what a good time playing with friends.
Although, for me, the best video games have been Uncharted, The Last of Us and Assassin's Creed.

I still enjoy all kinds of movies and series, although at home with the dwarfs it's complicated 😅. Little by little I am introducing them to this world, especially the youngest who, like his father, is already a Marvel fan.

How was Fanatiko born?

I guess by now you know that everyone is a fan of something. I realized this a long time ago, and a few years ago I told myself; "why not take this wonderful world to all homes
to bring out the most geeky side of each person ”.

The initial idea was born at the beginning of 2019 with the fever that gave me for the Funkos that everyone likes so much. I had been collecting them for several years but there were many models that did not reach Spain easily. That's why Funkollection came along, which, after several years of hard work, has evolved into what you're seeing right now, a wide range of geek products and merchandising , expanding our catalog to more than 5,000 products.

In 2023 is when www.fanátiko.es arrives. A website created by a collector who was looking for a dream, to share the passion of collecting frikadas like the ones you like.

You may be a fan of action movies or horror movies, anime or Disney cartoons, board games or video games, whatever you are a fan of, you will feel at home here.
Because we are fans of all that and many more things.
